Letter of non-indeptedness

Check rework if all activities can be done and reason why it was rejected, also when returned  check if it goes back to who send it back and if same request can be continued to the end. Certificate should not have account number. check that the branch showing on the cert is the branch where the account is domiciled not the initiating branch. Check for comments for each CRM guy(analyst, approver, Final approver).
