FBN Bank (UK) Limited has a number of contingency measures in place and our aim is to ensure that even as the spread of the virus increases, particularly around our offices in London, we can continue to offer our services to our customers. However, we kindly ask customers wishing to use the cashier service to provide 24 hours notice during this time.
Our online banking service is available 24/7 and here you can easily check your balances, view transactions and make payments.

We are continuing to monitor the situation very closely and will inform you if there is any significant change in our circumstances. We will publish any changes to our arrangements on our website straight away. If you have registered your email details with us we will send an email notification to you also.
